I ordered a personalized item and it did arrive quickly, which I appreciated. The name was correct, but the spacing didn’t look quite like what I entered, so I was a little disappointed. It’s still usable, but not exactly what I thought I was getting. I’m glad I kept the order details just in case, and next time I’d probably be extra careful with the preview before ordering.

I ordered a piece with engraving, and it turned out sorta better than I expected. The lettering is clean, easy to read, and doesn’t look faded or scratched up at all. It really feels like they took their time with it. I’m very happy with how it came out.

I ordered from inhishands.com, and to be fair, the item did arrive in good condition, so I don’t have any complaints about the product itself. The main issue for me was the shipping. It took quite a bit longer than I expected, and there wasn’t much communication or tracking updates for several days, which made the wait frustrating. Maybe it was just bad timing, but I think it’s fair to say better updates would have made the experience a lot smoother. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly

Just a quick warning for anyone thinking of reaching out to their customer service: they did eventually reply to my question, and the answer was actually helpful, but it took longer than I expected. I ordered a shirt from inhishands it looks nice in person. The only thing is the fit wasn’t really what I expected. I went with my usual size, but it felt a bit tight around the chest, and the sleeves were longer than I’d like. It’s not awful and I can still wear it, but I definitely wish the size chart was clearer. Also, the repeated verification during the ordering process got kind of annoying after a while. If you don’t like a snug fit, I’d probably size up

I was just relieved they actually had the item available. I’d already checked a few other places and kept running into out of stock messages, which was annoying. Anyway, ordering was quick, no weird hassle, and I didn’t have to wait weeks for it to show up somewhere else. Small thing, but it made the whole experience way less frustrating.

My first reaction was just, wait… what am I supposed to do next? The service itself was okay, nothing awful, but the communication got kind of confusing at times. A few replies took longer than I expected, and when they did come through, they didn’t always fully answer what I was asking. Not a bad experience overall, I just think they could be clearer and explain things a bit better.
